This uni vehicle is called Air Yacht, this cool-looking aircraft is designed for individual/private owners, this vehicle is made with the vision of mega yachts and flight evolution in mind. Actually, this is not intended for tourist purposes or public transportation, but only as a private yacht. According to Lazzarini, the yacht will have a carbon-fiber structure and measure 150 m (492 ft) long and 80 m (262 ft) wide.
The Air Yacht consists of two twin planes that look like floating balloons, may also look like zeppelins, and will contain 400,000 cubic meters of compressed helium propelled by eight electric motors, as described by Lazzarini (via UK Time News). They are connected to the central structure via four bridges on each side.
It can fly at a maximum speed of about 60 knots (69 mph/111 kph) for over 48 hours. When needed, this ship can also sail on the water at a speed of 5 knots (5.7 mph/9 kph). This luxurious water yacht is capable of carrying up to 22 passengers. This flying mega yacht has 10 cabins for passengers, five on each plane, plus a shipowner’s suite in the center area, which offers 360-degree views. This Air Yacht also can use a helipad, with this being an additional option.
However, Air Yacht is simply a unique concept of the future vehicle created by Lazzarini and a design studio that offers a portfolio, such as a yacht, automotive, and aerospace projects. Another recently launched creation is the Gran Turismo Mediterranea (GTM), a Ferrari-inspired hyper yacht concept.
It measures 88 feet (27 m) and can reach speeds of up to 70 knots (80 mph/128 kph). The realization of the concept may, one day, come to fruition, if the right customers come along.
