Work has already started on the next-generation Range Rover Sport, but the company hasn’t forgotten about the current model as they’ve introduced the new Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate Edition.
Made by Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations, this model is available in three different colors including Gloss Maya Blue, Gloss Marl Gray, and Satin Ligurian Black. The first two are exclusive to the Ultimate Edition and feature “spectacular glass shard technology for intense, star-like shine.”
Regardless of which color is chosen, all Ultimate Editions feature a contrasting Narvik Black roof as well as black knurled “Range Rover” lettering that contrasts with Fuji White’s edges. The final color can also be found on the front fender vents.
The supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine carried and allowed the model to become “the fastest, most powerful and most dynamic Land Rover ever produced.” Thanks to 575 hp and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque, the Range Rover Sport SVR sprints from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.3 seconds and will eventually reach a top speed of 176 mph (283 km/h). ).
The Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate Edition will celebrate its public debut at the Salon Privé next month, but this model is already available to order and will retail for £123,900 in the UK. Whereas in America, the Ultimate Edition will cost you $141,600 excluding destination and shipping costs of $1,350.
